Let me share a bit about myself. I'm a passionate advocate for all things health, wellness, fitness, sports, finance, and travel. But beyond those passions, I have a bustling life outside of coaching. I'm a dedicated wife, a proud mom of two incredible boys, and let's not forget about our Aussie-doodle pup, Jagger!

My hunger for knowledge knows no bounds. I hold degrees in Accounting, an MBA, and certifications as an RYT 200 Yoga Instructor and a FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach. Throughout my life, I've also taught & coached group fitness and youth sports, constantly seeking ways to share my wealth of knowledge with others.
